Culture Project
Students can choose their own culture or a culture that they would like to explore.
Remind students about the different parts of culture, including a group’s food, clothing, music, and homes. Have students use magazines, create original artwork, or a digital camera to illustrate parts of a culture that are present in our current society. Have students arrange photos to make their own culture collage. Have them share their collages with their classmates.
OR have students research their a culture and write a report about it, using books, internet, and family members to compile information.
